CommunicationI bought a jacket online not too long ago, but it didn't fit me, eh. So, I returned it using a trackable shipping service. However, the package ended up coming back to me because it wasn't claimed. I tried reaching out to the customer service team by email and phone a few times, but I haven't heard back or had my issue resolved. The lack of communication and follow-up is really disappointing and doesn't show that the brand cares about making customers happy, you know?
