New Hostinger account, support for hosting issue
I recently signed up for a new hosting account and had some trouble on my first day. It was a bit tricky to figure out at first, seemed like a caching issue, but turned out a CDN setting was messing up the graphics in my game. I contacted support and Karin and Fauzan got back to me really quickly. They not only fixed the first problem, but also helped me with an FTP mismatch. They were friendly and patient, which made the whole thing much easier. Overall, I'm really impressed with the support and the team at this hosting service.
