I recently bought a sectional sofa from this store, even though I saw some not-so-great reviews. And let me tell you, I really wish I hadn't. The sofa fabric is so cheap, it looks like it'll fall apart in no time. And on top of that, one part of the sofa came with a broken wood support and a completely unstitched armrest. We reached out to customer service with lots of pictures to show the damage, but they wouldn't take it back or replace the broken part. Their customer service is just not up to par and it's left me feeling really disappointed. And the poor quality fabric is a big concern. Needless to say, I won't be buying anything from this store again.

I bought a hairbrush from this company not too long ago, and I was really disappointed with how it turned out. After using it just a few times, the bristles started falling out and actually caused some damage to my hair. I was worried about the possibility of a fire starting, so I contacted the company to see if they could give me a new brush or my money back. Unfortunately, they insisted on having the original receipt, which I had lost. Even after sending them photos and videos of the faulty product, they still wouldn't help me out. I think that when a product has a defect like this that could be a safety issue, customers should get a refund or a new one automatically. I was hoping for better service and accountability from this company.

The folks working in communication and customer service at this store are amazing! They're super friendly, know their stuff, and always there to help out with any questions or issues. The clothes they sell are so stylish, with bright colors that really stand out. And even though the designs are trendy, the prices are actually really reasonable, especially for the quality you're getting. All in all, I had a great time shopping here and will definitely be back again.
