I was a bit nervous about ordering at first because of all the bad reviews I saw, but I'm happy to say that my experience with the store was actually pretty good. I ordered two kids' football kits on a Saturday night at a really decent price. I went with the 48-hour tracked delivery, which was reasonably priced even though I wasn't in a rush to get my order. It was sent out on Monday around noon and I got it at 11 am on Wednesday. The kits seem to be good quality and I haven't had any issues so far. I think some of the negative reviews might be from people who expect their stuff to arrive super fast. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and wouldn't hesitate to order from this store again.

Sorry, but me and my partner had to cancel our flight with Etihad because she got really sick. We tried getting a refund by talking to customer service and telling them what happened, but they said no refunds. It's pretty disappointing that they're not more understanding when customers go through tough stuff. Even cheap airlines have better refund policies than that.
