Hospitalization in Greek hotel
I've been a loyal customer of this company for a while now, and I wanted to share a recent frustrating experience I had with my booking. While I was on vacation at a hotel on a Greek Island, I suddenly got really sick and had to go to the hospital. Because of this, I had to leave the hotel a night earlier than planned. When I asked for a refund for that unused night, Hotels.com said no and asked for a bunch of documents and proof. This whole situation made me feel like they were being unfair, dishonest, and not treating me right. I'm not sure if I want to keep using their services after this.

Christmas gift disappointment
I ordered a Christmas gift for my partner's son and was told it would come before the holidays. But it didn't arrive when they said it would. All they gave me was a vague answer about when it will come, and they just sent me a picture of the gift instead. It's so silly and not okay. I'm really disappointed with the company for not communicating better and not fixing the issue.
