    Luggage set

    Oh my gosh, like, I ordered this really awesome luggage set, you know? And then they were all like, "Oh yeah, we delivered it," but they never even gave me a tracking number! And now it's been, like, forever and my stuff still hasn't arrived! Their customer service is the absolute worst, I mean, seriously. They totally took advantage of me. Ugh, I wouldn't recommend buying from them, it's such a scam. I'm gonna rant about this on Facebook and TikTok so others don't fall for it too. I'm so angry!!!

    1000W E-Bike

    I made the mistake of ordering a 1000W E-Bike back in August 2021, thinking it would bring me endless joy and adventure. Can you believe it? I didn't get my order until December 2021! The excuses they gave for the delays were just ridiculous. And get this - one of the bikes I got wasn't even the one I ordered! I tried reaching out for help, but the company hasn't said a word. Now I'm starting to think I'll never get what I paid for. Should I just give up and move on?

    Recent engagement ring resizing

    My time at Helzberg has been a bit up and down over the years. It really depends on who helps you out. Thankfully, I've got two go-to people at my local store who always provide top-notch service. One of them helped my husband choose my engagement ring, and now I always turn to her for cleanings or any other jewelry stuff. She knows her stuff and pays attention, which makes every visit a good one. On the flip side, there have been times when I left the store feeling let down and swearing I wouldn't come back for a while.

    I've also had some problems with their custom jewelry service. The choices were limited, and it wasn't as personalized as they claimed. It took a few tries to get my grandmother's stones into a wedding band that would fit around my mother-in-law's marquise ring. And I had to go back for fixes because the ring kept bending and diamonds kept falling out. Dealing with these issues was frustrating, but the staff did try to make it right.

    In short, I'd say find the right person at the store who meets your needs. Once you do that, your time at Helzberg will be much better.

    Home security system

    I recently got a home security system, but it's been a bit of a headache. Before buying it, I made sure my current security stuff would work with the new system. But when I got the parts, they didn't match what I was promised. Installing it was way harder than they said it would be. And even after two years, it's still not working right, and I have to pay monthly fees on top of what I already spent. I tried contacting the company for help with installing, but no luck. I'm really not happy with how things have gone.

    Two pairs of shoes

    I just bought two pairs of shoes in my regular size, but man, was I let down by the quality! They both started falling apart after only a few wears. It was so frustrating. And when I went to return them online, I ran into a glitch saying I lived somewhere I didn't. But, after shooting them an email for help, I got a quick and helpful response with a working return link. The customer service was awesome, but those shoes were such a disappointment with their poor quality.
