    I bought a backpack from this company not long ago, and I gotta tell ya, I'm pretty disappointed with their poor communication and customer service. I haven't heard anything about the status of my order since I placed it, and it's almost been a month with no delivery in sight. It's frustrating how they're quick to take your money but won't give you any info on when your stuff will actually arrive.

    Apollo backpack and duffle set in deep purple

    Tote & Carry was really great at keeping in touch during the whole buying process. The backpack and duffle I got were top-notch, with really nice stitching and everything lining up just right. They even came in dust bags, a nice little extra touch. But the backpack didn't have any separate compartments inside, so it wasn't as handy. On the flip side, the duffle bag was roomy and just right for quick overnight getaways. The new smell from the factory went away pretty fast after a few days. Overall, it was a good shopping trip with some ways it could be even better, especially when it comes to how practical the backpack is.

    Oh my gosh, like, I ordered this really awesome luggage set, you know? And then they were all like, "Oh yeah, we delivered it," but they never even gave me a tracking number! And now it's been, like, forever and my stuff still hasn't arrived! Their customer service is the absolute worst, I mean, seriously. They totally took advantage of me. Ugh, I wouldn't recommend buying from them, it's such a scam. I'm gonna rant about this on Facebook and TikTok so others don't fall for it too. I'm so angry!!!

    Crocodile purse

    I'm really let down by the crocodile purse I got from this company. The material started peeling and cracking after only one night of using it. I tried reaching out by email a few times to talk about my worries and ask about getting a refund or a new one, but got no reply. It's annoying to spend your money on something that ends up being so cheaply made. Now I'm thinking about taking legal action against them for their bad customer service and low-quality products.

    I recently bought something online and it was a total disaster. I waited forever for my package and the customer service was awful. They didn't give me any updates on my order and I was so mad and let down. I tried to contact them but all I got were boring emails with no real help. In the end, I had to get my bank involved to fix things. I definitely wouldn't suggest buying from this company because they don't know how to communicate or treat their customers right.

    Large backpack and duffle bag

    So I just bought this big ol' backpack and duffle bag online after seeing all these ads pop up. And man, let me tell ya, I wasn't too impressed with what I got. The backpack was supposed to be huge but it ended up being just a regular old school backpack with no pockets to keep things organized. And the duffle bag, while a decent size for a weekend trip, had a zipper that didn't open up wide enough and had some flimsy lining inside. To top it all off, I found out that the discount they gave me for being a first-time customer meant I couldn't return anything, so now I'm stuck with stuff I'm not happy with.

    Leather duffle bag

    I recently bought a leather duffle bag from this website, and I gotta say, my experience with their customer service has been pretty disappointing. I placed the order on the 8th of November, and it was supposed to get delivered through FedEx on the 10th. But get this, the package ended up at some random address instead of mine, even though I was here the whole time, waiting for it. Right after I found out about this mess, I raised a complaint with FedEx and dropped an email to the T&C customer service. Their reply came in a day later, they opened a ticket for my problem and said it's gonna take 20 days to sort it out.

    Ordered bags in November

    So, eh, I ordered these bags back in November, you know? And I mean, come on? It's been forever and still no sign of them! I want my bags ASAP but they're taking their sweet time. I tried calling the number they gave on Insta but no luck, just automated messages. And their email and texts are like talking to a robot! These bags were supposed to be a Christmas gift, but I guess that's out of the question now. Total waste of money, don't buy from them, seriously.

    1 year warranty on zipper

    I was pretty surprised by how short the warranty is on the zipper of my luggage, especially since it wasn't cheap. I bought two sets in the past year and was really hoping for a longer warranty to guarantee the quality. It's disappointing that this brand doesn't back up their product like Coach and other competitors do.

    Christmas gifts missing

    Ah jeez, I bought two things as Christmas gifts from this place and haven't got them yet. Can you believe it? And to top it off, I haven't even been reimbursed. It's frustrating to see that chatbot doing its thing, answering questions and trying to make more sales, while I'm left with nothing. The customer service here is just awful, and I really wish I never spent my money with this company.

    Oh jeez, what a mess! I placed an order weeks back, and now I see they charged me for way more stuff than I asked for. Trying to fix this has been a nightmare - their customer service folks can't even talk straight and take forever to get back to me. And on top of all that, my order isn't even ready because apparently they don't have anything in stock. Every time I try to pick something else, it's suddenly not an option. This company is a joke, more focused on their social media than their own customers. No way am I shopping here again.

    The bags are pretty cool, but man, trying to get my order was a total nightmare! I ordered on a Thursday and shelled out a bunch of cash for overnight delivery. But then, they emailed me saying they were out of stock of two items from my order. I asked for a refund, but they didn't even acknowledge me! Can you believe it? And then they didn't want to send a partial order, but they were asking if I still wanted the items shipped. Um, hello, I ordered six items and didn't receive any of them! The customer service is just terrible, just like everyone else said. These items were supposed to be Christmas gifts, and now I don't even trust them to give me store credit.     3 piece luggage set

    I got this 3 piece set and let me tell you, it was super fancy! So sparkly! I used the carry-on bag maybe 8 or 9 times and it was all good, until both zippers just decided to up and break on me. Can you believe it? First one went, then the other one. It was a real mess on a trip when the bag just split open. I tried reaching out to customer service but they were no help at all. Like, they didn't even want to try to fix it or give me a new one or anything. So frustrating! I paid too much for such low quality. My advice? Don't bother buying anything too fancy from here, it's just not worth it!

    I recently bought some travel sets that were on sale - BOGO style. I was pretty stoked about the deal so I went ahead and ordered, but when my package arrived, I only got one bag instead of the two I was expecting. I tried reaching out to customer service by email to sort things out, but their response was a bummer - they didn't honor the BOGO deal at all. I tried reaching out to customer service through emails a bunch of times, but it wasn't until December 2023 when they told me that my order was lost and they couldn't find it. They offered a store credit for one item and said they'd ship the other two, but the lack of communication and the delays in fixing the issue had me feeling pretty frustrated. In the end, I had to go to my bank to dispute the charge and get my money back because the company said they never got my order - even though I had proof from emails and the Shop app showing otherwise. This whole thing has me really let down and annoyed with how the company dealt with my order.

    Suitcase, backpacks, and duffel bags

    I gotta say, I was pretty stoked about the suitcase, backpacks, and duffel bags I bought 'cause the colors were so bright and the quality seemed top-notch. But man, after only two years of use, everything fell apart! The hook ripped, the handle straight up came off, and the zipper refused to work right. I shot the company an email about it, but no luck getting a decent response. So bummed out about the whole situation, eh.
