Massive in-game purchase
I've been playing this game for years, putting in so much time and money into my account. It was my favorite until everything changed about a year ago. They released a big pack, but only gave it to certain players. This pack was a game-changer, giving supplies that could totally change the game. What's worse? They sold it for only $4.99 USD, and not to everyone. I felt so let down. Newer players who got this pack had an advantage over us who had been working hard to progress. It was a real slap in the face. I tried to contact customer support so many times, but they just ignored me and said they couldn't control who got the pack. I know that's not true, because Plarium decided who could have it. They could have fixed it, made things right, but they didn't. This favoritism and lack of accountability made me give up on a game I used to love.

Large backpack and duffle bag
So I just bought this big ol' backpack and duffle bag online after seeing all these ads pop up. And man, let me tell ya, I wasn't too impressed with what I got. The backpack was supposed to be huge but it ended up being just a regular old school backpack with no pockets to keep things organized. And the duffle bag, while a decent size for a weekend trip, had a zipper that didn't open up wide enough and had some flimsy lining inside. To top it all off, I found out that the discount they gave me for being a first-time customer meant I couldn't return anything, so now I'm stuck with stuff I'm not happy with.

Cool shoes
Oh man, these shoes are really cool! I'm only 12 years old but I absolutely love my new shoes. They are so comfy and go perfectly with all of my clothes. These shoes didn't even need any breaking in, they felt perfect right from the get-go. I got size 4 and they fit just right, not too big or too small. The cushioning and support are incredible, I could wear these shoes all day and my feet would still be happy. I definitely want to ask my parents to get me another pair because these shoes are so well-made. Plus, it's nice to support a company that actually cares about things.

Coat with fault
I had a problem with a coat I bought a few months back from this store. The coat had a defect, so I went to the shop to see if they could assist. The staff at the Newcastle store were really helpful and gave me great customer service. They didn't have the exact same coat available, but they provided me with a similar replacement. I was grateful for their quick and efficient resolution. They ordered a new coat for me, and it was delivered within a couple of days. I was really impressed with the service I got at this store, and I will definitely come back for more shopping in the future.
