Quality wine selection and helpful sommelier service
I've been with this wine subscription since 2018 and I always get a good mix of top-notch wines. The folks who pick the wines have been such a big help in suggesting ones that suit my taste. I love that they give me chances to try new stuff. I just added a non-alcoholic bottle to my latest order and I really hope it's as good as the rest of the wines I get.

But, when I called and explained everything to a representative, they helped me quickly get the right part. Once I got the correct part, my CPAP machine worked like a charm.

I just bought a water purification Pod from this company and I have to say, I'm really impressed with it. Overcharged for items, unfulfilled order
Oh jeez, what a mess! I placed an order weeks back, and now I see they charged me for way more stuff than I asked for. Trying to fix this has been a nightmare - their customer service folks can't even talk straight and take forever to get back to me. And on top of all that, my order isn't even ready because apparently they don't have anything in stock. Every time I try to pick something else, it's suddenly not an option. This company is a joke, more focused on their social media than their own customers. No way am I shopping here again.
