I booked myself a spa day not too long ago and ran into a little problem with the schedule for my treatments. I gave customer service a ring and was really pleased with how helpful and quick they were to sort things out. Even though they first told me the crew in charge of changes wasn't in on weekends, they really went out of their way to figure things out and fix my issue. I gotta say, I was impressed with how much they cared about making sure I was happy with my experience and how willing they were to do whatever it took to make it right.

I ordered some shoes for my family, but the package got stolen. The customer service was terrible and they didn't help me at all. No resolution to the problem.

The bags are pretty cool, but man, trying to get my order was a total nightmare! I ordered on a Thursday and shelled out a bunch of cash for overnight delivery. But every time I checked, the expected delivery date got pushed back. I even tried to cancel my order, but there wasn't any contact number and my emails went unanswered. Talk about frustrating!

I really love the Velocity suit and shirts from this store. As a musician always on the go, I find the comfort and breathability of these clothes to be a game changer for me. The fabric has amazing stretch, stays put, and is even machine washable - which is perfect for someone like me who's constantly on the move. Now, if only they would make a tuxedo too! ;)

The stuff at this company is just fantastic! The colors are so vivid and the products go on so smoothly, like a dream. I'm seriously impressed with the quality of everything I got. The only thing I'd like is a way to ship directly to the UK, it would make ordering even easier. All in all, I'm super happy with what I bought and can't wait to try more from this brand in the future.
