The customer service at this place is just terrible, eh? I've tried all sorts of ways to get in touch about my order - I called, sent emails, even messaged on social media. But every time, it's just silence. I even phoned the store directly, but just got redirected to the same unresponsive options. It's been 10 days since I ordered for in-store pickup, and still no updates or item. This is just not okay, eh?

I'm really let down by the crocodile purse I got from this company. The material started peeling and cracking after only one night of using it.
