Unresponsive customer service
The customer service at this place is just terrible, eh? I've tried all sorts of ways to get in touch about my order - I called, sent emails, even messaged on social media. But every time, it's just silence. I even phoned the store directly, but just got redirected to the same unresponsive options. It's been 10 days since I ordered for in-store pickup, and still no updates or item. This is just not okay, eh?

Crocodile purse
I'm really let down by the crocodile purse I got from this company. The material started peeling and cracking after only one night of using it. I tried reaching out by email a few times to talk about my worries and ask about getting a refund or a new one, but got no reply. It's annoying to spend your money on something that ends up being so cheaply made. Now I'm thinking about taking legal action against them for their bad customer service and low-quality products.

Awesome customer service
This company is really good at looking after their customers. I had a problem with something I bought, but when I contacted customer service, they sorted it out right away by sending me a new one. I was really happy with how well they helped me, especially because I wasn't sure about mentioning my issue at first.
