Chat support with remote control
I recently had a chat with the chat support team and Joyce Ann helped me out through the chat box and remote control. She was really helpful and knew a lot about fixing the issue I had. We didn't completely solve the problem, but Joyce Ann gave me a quick and easy solution that worked for me. She recommended reinstalling the software, and even offered to help me with it, but I went with the workaround because it was easier for me. This was my first time using Trend Micro's support services and it was a good experience.
