ServiceI've been using their free version forever, and then I decided to splurge on their fancy premium subscription when it was on sale. But when I went to update my payment info, they totally went ahead and cancelled my account without giving me any heads up! Can you believe that? And after all that, they had the audacity to suggest that I buy it again with a different card. Complete nonsense if you ask me!
