Underwear that didn't meet expectations
The shopping experience was okay, but man, the product was such a letdown. As soon as I put it on, the waistband folded over and that made me really doubt the quality of it. I have other brands with wider bands that never give me this kind of trouble, so I ended up tossing these ones out after wearing them just once. Pretty disappointing, to be honest.

Online order cancellation
I had this annoying thing happen with an online order I made that got cancelled for some weird reason. I tried getting in touch with customer service a bunch of times, but all they told me was something about a "verification team" that never even got in touch with me. Finally, after days of waiting and being confused, they emailed me saying I couldn't make online orders anymore, and I could only shop in person. The lack of clear answers and the mix up in info made me feel pretty underwhelmed and let down by their customer service. It's too bad that a company I've had good experiences with before now has me feeling so disappointed.
