Stainless steel water bottle with a skunk, rotten egg smell
I just bought a stainless steel water bottle and, to my bad luck, it smelled like a skunk mixed with rotten eggs and I could not get rid of that stench, no matter what I did. I emailed customer service to ask for some help in solving the problem, but they never got back to me. I was pretty bummed out at the lack of response and it left me feeling really frustrated. I've always been a faithful customer and loved their products, but this whole situation has really let me down.

Fluoride removing water filter pods
I got my pods delivered in the UK after waiting for 2 weeks for shipping. I was really happy with what I bought because I had been searching for a water filter that could get rid of fluoride without needing any expensive plumbing work done, which I definitely can't do myself. Using the pods is easy peasy and the water tastes awesome without that gross chlorine smell. What really makes it stand out though is the added bonus of remineralization, which other systems like reverse osmosis don't have. Even though the glass vials were a bit cracked when they arrived, they weren't completely shattered. Still, I'd suggest improving the packaging so it doesn't happen again in the future. All in all, I totally recommend it.
