So, I decided to order one of those cool cups with my name on it, but when it finally showed up, the name was all messed up. I gave them a call, and they said to keep it and send some pics. They ended up sending me a new cup without even giving me a heads up and only refunded me for the messed-up name part, which I didn't even ask for. The cup itself is nowhere near as good as the Stanley ones, it's flimsy and super cheap looking. The customer service was brutal, and the products they sell are just awful. Save yourself the trouble and don't bother buying from them, they won't even give you a refund for their own mistakes!

The delivery was super quick, it showed up the very next day after I placed my order. The package was good and safe, but I thought the box was a bit big and could have been smaller to save some paper. The hair straightener worked really well and was easy to use for both straightening and curling my hair. In the end, I was really happy with this product and would totally suggest it to anyone else.
