    Trial period subscription

    Oh my goodness, this company is absolutely terrible! I signed up for a trial, and then I was charged for a whole month without even realizing it. Can you believe how sneaky that is? I never even wanted to have a subscription in the first place, but they still took my money. I tried to get a refund, but they were so rude and wouldn't give me back my money. Ugh, it's so frustrating!

    I just wanted to share about this great customer service experience I had recently. I gave them a call to deal with a small problem on my account and ended up talking to a guy named David. He was so nice, professional, and polite. He fixed my issue in no time, just like that. It was nice how PeopleFinders had a special phone line for customer service, made things fast and easy. Now I'm a lifetime member and trust that if I need help in the future, their team will take care of it. Big thanks to David for his great work!

    One-time search, $9.95 paid, service not available

    I wanted to do a search just once and paid $9.95 like they asked, but then $24.95 was taken from my PayPal account two days later. And to top it off, the service wasn't even available where I am. It definitely feels like a total scam.

    This app is amazing, eh! It helped me find my sister's nephew and find some clues to my buddy's lost cell phone. As someone who used to work in business in Sacramento, I totally recommend this app. It's super easy to use and really comes in handy for finding lost devices. The price is fair and definitely worth it, eh. I would suggest this to anyone looking for a dependable phone-finding app.

    Billing complaint resolution

    I just had some trouble with a billing issue when I was trying to cancel my subscription with Peoplefinders. As a retired police officer and licensed private detective, I was feeling pretty frustrated with the situation, but the Peoplefinders rep was understanding and dealt with it really well. I had only tried out one search during the trial period and I thought I had cancelled my subscription, so I was so relieved to find out no extra searches had been done. It meant a lot to me that they believed me and didn't treat me like a liar or criminal. I'm hoping everything gets sorted out completely and that there won't be any more billing problems down the road.

    Report purchase and membership cancellation

    I gotta admit, I was a bit unsure about trying out this service at first. I was afraid it would be a pain to cancel my membership if I ended up not liking it after getting a report. Luckily, I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to cancel. The customer service team was super helpful and made the whole thing a breeze.
