Billing complaint resolution
I just had some trouble with a billing issue when I was trying to cancel my subscription with Peoplefinders. As a retired police officer and licensed private detective, I was feeling pretty frustrated with the situation, but the Peoplefinders rep was understanding and dealt with it really well. I had only tried out one search during the trial period and I thought I had cancelled my subscription, so I was so relieved to find out no extra searches had been done. It meant a lot to me that they believed me and didn't treat me like a liar or criminal. I'm hoping everything gets sorted out completely and that there won't be any more billing problems down the road.
Report purchase and membership cancellation
I gotta admit, I was a bit unsure about trying out this service at first. I was afraid it would be a pain to cancel my membership if I ended up not liking it after getting a report. Luckily, I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to cancel. The customer service team was super helpful and made the whole thing a breeze. I had a great chat with a customer service rep at this company, and I gotta say, it was awesome. His name was Sebastian, and he was super patient and really paid attention to everything I said. Trial period subscription
Oh my goodness, this company is absolutely terrible! I signed up for a trial, and then I was charged for a whole month without even realizing it. Can you believe how sneaky that is? I never even wanted to have a subscription in the first place, but they still took my money. I tried to get a refund, but they were so rude and wouldn't give me back my money. Ugh, it's so frustrating!

This app is amazing, eh! It helped me find my sister's nephew and find some clues to my buddy's lost cell phone. Inquiry charge, unexpected billing
When I first went on the website, they charged me 90 cents for an inquiry fee which I didn't mind paying. But then I noticed a charge of $24.95 on my account for extra services I didn't mean to get. I asked for a refund right away and they quickly took care of it. I'm grateful for how fast the customer service team dealt with my issue.
Helped close account
I recently had the pleasure of talking to Sebastian from customer service to close my account. He was super nice, knew his stuff, and was friendly the whole time. One-time search, $9.95 paid, service not available
I wanted to do a search just once and paid $9.95 like they asked, but then $24.95 was taken from my PayPal account two days later. And to top it off, the service wasn't even available where I am. It definitely feels like a total scam.
