Office space rental
Even though I had a credit on my account, I got charged too much for my office space rent in the middle of the month instead of at the end like I thought. They told me I wouldn't get a refund, but the credits would come off my July bill, which I now have to pay in the middle of June. It was super frustrating because I had planned for the end-of-month payment.

Report purchase and membership cancellation
I gotta admit, I was a bit unsure about trying out this service at first. I was afraid it would be a pain to cancel my membership if I ended up not liking it after getting a report. Luckily, I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to cancel. The customer service team was super helpful and made the whole thing a breeze. Now I feel way better about using this service in the future, knowing I won't get stuck in some subscription I hardly ever use. It's nice to know I can just pay for a report when I need it, without any extra hassle. Really great service all around.
