I recently had the pleasure of talking to Sebastian from customer service to close my account. He was super nice, knew his stuff, and was friendly the whole time. Sebastian was really good at explaining things and made sure I had all the info I needed, like my ticket number for later. Overall, dealing with him was a really good experience.
