I can't even believe this company! I ordered some skincare products and had an issue, but their customer service is terrible! I sent them an email and didn't hear back at all. Then I called and got stuck in this ridiculous loop that kept telling me to press 1 for a text message, but the text never came. Seriously, is this a joke? Such a total scam!!
