Customer service experience
I gotta tell ya, my experience with the customer service at this place was a total letdown. The person I talked to didn't seem to have a clue and couldn't help me with any of my questions. It was such a hassle just trying to get some help. I was stuck on hold for way too long while they struggled to figure out basic stuff. Needless to say, I was left feeling annoyed and really disappointed with the service.
