I just bought a pair of flats from this company, but it was a pretty bad experience. At first, I wasn't sure about spending over $300 on shoes, but the description made them sound really comfy. I checked the measurements and return policy, and decided to go for it. They gave me a "discount" code as a first-time buyer, which I thought was a great deal. Turns out, using the code meant I couldn't return the shoes if they didn't fit. When the shoes arrived, they were too big and definitely not as comfy as they said. I contacted customer service, specifically Amanda, hoping they could help, but they wouldn't budge. I'm really disappointed with how things turned out and won't be shopping here again.

I signed my daughter up for a language class and she just loved it! She's been going on and on about all the cool stuff she learned and even trying to teach us some Japanese. The teacher was so great, made the class fun and educational. I was really impressed by how quickly my daughter picked up everything. We'll definitely be enrolling her in more classes down the road.

She even made sure to double-check my address, which I had totally forgotten about. It was nice to see someone paying attention to the little things, especially since I had just moved and wanted to use my old address. And when I had a question about my order, she had the answer right away. All in all, it was a great experience and I would definitely suggest Innovio to others.
