I got in touch with customer service because I was missing software from a typo in my email. Cicely from customer service fixed the problem right away and sent the software quickly. I've been a customer for more than ten years and I really recommend their service.

I recently bought a pair of pants from your store. Sadly, I needed to ask if I could add something to my order, get credit for both items, or cancel my order and buy the items again. I was quite disappointed with the customer service I got. Even though I got a response in about 8 hours, it was short and not very helpful. They just told me my order was canceled so I could buy the other item. They didn't say anything about a refund or when I would get my money back. I didn't get a credit code or any info about how I would get my money back, so I felt like my money just disappeared.
