Sorry, I ended up getting two licenses by mistake instead of just one, but they totally sorted it out for me. I only really needed one license, so I asked if I could get a refund or maybe extend my subscription instead. They were really understanding and sorted it out quickly. So now I've got a license for a whole year, which is awesome!

The best part of my experience was getting free replacement parts for anything that was broken. Even if you accidentally mess something up, you can ask for new parts for only $5.00. It does take a bit of time for delivery since it comes from China, but it's definitely worth the wait. The pieces are laser-cut and fit together really well. I've bought five things and had so much fun putting them all together. It's important to be patient, and sometimes you might need some pliers to keep your fingers from hurting. I love their products so much and I'm excited to buy more in the future.
