Riflescope and range finder purchase
This company sells really good stuff, eh? But their customer service could use some work. I bought a riflescope and a range finder from them, and let me tell you, those products are top-of-the-line. But when it came to finding out when my order would arrive, their customer service was not the greatest. It took me a few tries to get a hold of them, and when I finally did, the answer I got was pretty vague, you know? So yeah, the products were great, but the service left a lot to be desired.

Recent test results
I recently got my test results back from this company and I gotta say, I was pretty let down by the lack of info in the report. They told me my testosterone level was 522 and probably because of steroids, but that's not true at all. I'm 56 years old and I take good care of myself, so that explanation just didn't sit right with me. They even suggested I see a doctor for more tests, which just added to my frustration. Ever since then, I've been getting calls from medical centers offering help with my results, and it's making me feel uneasy about my privacy. Honestly, based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this company to others.

Unfulfilled order and payment issue
I had a really bad experience with my order from this company. I ordered online but never got it. I tried contacting customer service multiple times but couldn't get any help to fix the problem. Their website also had issues, so I couldn't pay for my order, which was really annoying. I asked for the affidavit needed for a refund, but never got it. Now they want me to pay $200 for something I never got. The company's lack of communication and effort to resolve the issue has left me very unhappy with the whole thing.

Cabin Air Filter
So, I ordered this cabin air filter for my mom's minivan because it was starting to smell like old socks in there, yuck. The website was really easy to use, I just typed in the make and model of the van and bam, there it was. The filter arrived pretty quickly and was easy to install, even for someone like me who's not an expert. Now the van smells fresh and clean, just like my mom thinks she is.
