Binocular purchase
I got these binoculars from the company and they were really good. The optics were super clear and precise, which made them perfect for birdwatching and stargazing. But, the customer service wasn't that great. When I called with a question about the product, the person I talked to didn't seem to care and was kinda rude. It felt like they didn't really want to help me. That wasn't cool. And the price of the binoculars was higher than other places, so I wasn't sure if it was worth it. But, they did arrive quickly and without any issues. In the end, the binoculars were great, but the service and price were disappointing.

Hey, so check it out - I got these awesome binoculars and range finder from this company, and let me tell you, they are top-notch! The binoculars give me such clear vision, I can see right across the field at my baseball games. Riflescope and range finder purchase
This company sells really good stuff, eh? But their customer service could use some work. I bought a riflescope and a range finder from them, and let me tell you, those products are top-of-the-line. But when it came to finding out when my order would arrive, their customer service was not the greatest. It took me a few tries to get a hold of them, and when I finally did, the answer I got was pretty vague, you know? So yeah, the products were great, but the service left a lot to be desired.
Scope mounts
I bought some scope mounts from this company not too long ago, and honestly, I was pretty let down by the quality. They didn't even fit my scope right, and they felt super cheap and poorly made. When I tried to contact customer service to see about returning or exchanging them, the person I talked to was no help at all and not very nice about it. Bottom line, I wouldn't suggest getting scope mounts from this company.

I just bought a red dot sight and range finder from this company and I was really impressed with how good they are. The sight was super accurate and the range finder was simple to use and really exact. The customer service folks were also really helpful and answered all my questions. I would definitely suggest this company to anyone looking for top-notch sports optics and accessories.
Scope mounts
I just bought some scope mounts from this company and I was really let down by the whole experience. The quality of the product was pretty low, with obvious defects and scratches all over it. It seemed like I was given a used or fixed-up item at full price. When I contacted customer service to talk about my issues, they didn't seem to care much and didn't show any empathy. It was clear that they were more focused on selling than making sure customers are happy. So, I won't be suggesting their products to anyone in the future.
