Hey, so check it out - I got these awesome binoculars and range finder from this company, and let me tell you, they are top-notch! The binoculars give me such clear vision, I can see right across the field at my baseball games. And the range finder is a game-changer when I'm out hunting with my dad - it's super easy to use and spot on accurate. The customer service was also great, they helped me choose the perfect gear for what I needed. I seriously can't even imagine going back to using regular binoculars and trying to guess the distance. It seemed like I was given a used or fixed-up item at full price. When I contacted customer service to talk about my issues, they didn't seem to care much and didn't show any empathy. It was clear that they were more focused on selling than making sure customers are happy. So, I won't be suggesting their products to anyone in the future.
