Furniture pick-up
The folks who came to pick up my old bedroom furniture did a good job - no hiccups. They came on time, worked fast to remove everything, and were nice the whole time. But I wasn't too happy with the cost. They first told me it would be between $224 and $284, but in the end, I had to cough up almost double that - about $600. That jump in price caught me off guard and kinda soured my whole experience, to be honest.
Flooded basement clean-up
Our basement got flooded and we needed a fast and efficient way to get rid of all the damaged stuff. So we called 1-800-GOT-JUNK? and booked a time for them to come over. When they got here, they were all set and ready to haul everything away. In just an hour, they had packed up their truck and made our day by giving us such a stress-free service. Big thanks to Josh and Monzell for their awesome work!
Junk removal
I scheduled a appointment with them and they said the cost would depend on how much stuff I needed to toss out. I mentioned I had 3 old TVs, a chair, a fold-up treadmill, and a BBQ. They initially quoted around $159, but when their truck arrived (which was late), they suddenly said it would be $300! After some back and forth, they brought it down to $249, but I still had to pay $90 more than I was originally told. I won't be dealing with them anymore, that's for certain.
Waste removal service
This company was just so great - professional, efficient, and all around fantastic from beginning to end. The service we got was amazing, and honestly, it feels like a big weight has been lifted off our shoulders. The team we worked with, especially Connor, Conor, and Jannis, were absolutely incredible. They were so kind and helpful, and their knowledge made everything so smooth for us. They really are the best in the business.
Good appliances ruined
Oh man, you won't believe what happened with those appliances I wanted to donate. They totally wrecked them just so they could throw them away in the end! They initially said it would cost around $400, but suddenly it jumped to over $900! I should've just taken care of it myself, way cheaper. But everything was out of the storage unit, so I was stuck. Such a horrible experience, seriously, avoid using these guys at all costs.
Junk removal service experience
Shawn and Zack did a great job picking up my junk right on time. They kept me in the loop about when they'd be arriving, showed up when they said they would, and took the time to explain everything about the company and pricing. Their expertise in the business was really impressive, and I'll for sure be telling my friends about their service and using it again if I ever need to.
