Bracelet and travel rings
I just bought a bracelet and some travel rings from this one place. The stuff took a bit longer to show up than I thought, but it didn't bother me too much. When I finally got my order, a few of the rings didn't fit right on the chain. I ended up contacting customer service, told them what happened, and even sent some pictures to prove it. Can you imagine, they told me all the sizes are supposed to be the same and asked me to send a video of me trying to put the rings on. I felt like they were grilling me, like they didn't believe me.
