False advertising
The parking reservation said I could cancel right up until the day of parking, but when I tried to cancel after booking, they said that wasn't true. That's just a lie in their advertising and really tricks customers. I felt totally tricked and annoyed by their dishonesty.

Watch out for SPOT, they're pulling some sketchy moves with their billing. They have this sneaky "Evergreen Clause" that makes it tough to cancel subscriptions. Definitely think twice before dealing with them.

Head and hair treatment
So I went to this place and was all hyped up for a nice head and hair treatment, but it ended up being a total painfest. They told me it would take an hour, but it was really just a quick back rub. And when they finally did get to my head, it felt like they were scrubbing it with a pumice stone! Ouch! I had to tell them to stop because it hurt so bad. My head was sore for hours afterward. It was honestly the worst, and I can't believe I shelled out cash for that.
