    Order of new footwear

    I've been a customer for almost twenty years now, always getting a new pair of shoes every year. This time, I wanted to try a different style so I placed an order. But when the shoes finally arrived, there was a problem with the delivery. I had them sent to my office where someone is always around. Even though I was keeping an eye on the tracking updates, the FedEx truck didn't come on the scheduled delivery day. I stepped out for a bit and got a notification saying the shoes had been delivered. When I got back, my coworkers told me that no FedEx truck had shown up. I contacted FedEx and Chaco customer service, and they told me that because of the standard shipping option I chose, there wasn't much they could do right away. Chaco said FedEx needed 72 business hours to respond, without any other solutions in the meantime. I was left without my daily shoes because I had a trip coming up. The lack of immediate solutions and limited customer support options made me pretty disappointed with the whole situation.

    Outdoor sandals

    I ordered a pair of outdoor sandals from this company back in late June, and here we are in August and still no sign of my order. The lack of communication and help from them is so frustrating, especially when I'm just trying to find out what's going on with my order. And now I can't even get into my account on their website, no matter how many times I try to reset my password. It's really disappointing to see such bad customer service and lack of responsibility. If you're in the UK, I'd say steer clear of buying from this company.

    Slipper shoes from the store

    I was thinking of grabbing some slipper shoes for myself, you know? And then I came across this store that had them, so I thought, why not give it a shot. But man, it turned out to be a complete disaster. Firstly, they only had strange sizes left, so I just decided to go ahead and purchase them. And then they slapped on this massive shipping fee that was pretty much the same as the shoes! So, I reached out to customer service, and they were like, "Just buy more things if you don't want to pay for shipping." Seriously? I just wanted some cozy shoes, not a whole new wardrobe! It was a huge letdown, buddy.

    So I ordered some shoes online, but when I went to pay the total ended up being more than what they originally said! Can you believe that? Totally not cool. I was really looking forward to getting my new shoes, but now I have to cancel my order and ask for a refund. I am not impressed at all, guys.

    Custom sandal order

    I recently ordered some custom sandals, but unfortunately, when they arrived, the strap color was wrong. I had picked out the colors and designs carefully, but the confirmation email didn't have any details, so I didn't know about the mistake until the shoes came. When I got in touch with customer service, they were quick to blame me and weren't very polite. They said they could fix it for free if I sent the shoes back, but it's taking way too long for them to do the repairs. It's been almost two months since I placed my order, and I still don't have the right sandals. The lack of communication and slow process has left me pretty disappointed with the whole customer service experience.
