Outdoor sandals
I ordered a pair of outdoor sandals from this company back in late June, and here we are in August and still no sign of my order. The lack of communication and help from them is so frustrating, especially when I'm just trying to find out what's going on with my order. And now I can't even get into my account on their website, no matter how many times I try to reset my password. It's really disappointing to see such bad customer service and lack of responsibility. If you're in the UK, I'd say steer clear of buying from this company.

Quick approval, lesser amount granted
The customer service was really great, they were friendly and quick to respond. They didn't give me the full amount I asked for, but I still liked that they were flexible. Other lenders would have just said no right away.

Boring shoes
I ordered some really dull shoes online and they ended up getting sent to a store that had closed down. What a hassle! I had to go all the way there wasting my time and gas, just to pick them up. Then, when I got in touch with customer service, the lady was so rude! She just ended up refunding me without even saying a single nice thing. Not cool at all!
