9x9x9 cube
I ordered a 9x9x9 cube from the website, and when it arrived, the packaging was really bad! It only had a thin layer of bubble wrap in this huge soft wrapping that was too big for the item. Of course, the cube was damaged during delivery with a broken corner. When I asked for a replacement or a refund, the seller was like, "Sure, I'll send you a corner to fix it yourself." Seriously, it's a tough puzzle, I can't just stick a corner on and be done with it. So, I asked to send the whole cube back for a full refund, and that's when the seller started ignoring me. I had to open a PayPal case and go through all these steps just to get my money back. It took forever, like 3 whole months, and I had to pay for the return shipping even though it was their fault for using such bad packaging. Ugh, why can't they just own up to their mistakes instead of hoping I would give up and disappear? Not cool at all.

When I called after a week, they told me the info on their website was wrong and asked me to wait. Eventually, they said my order was ready for the courier, but it never got picked up. I waited a week, but my blanket never arrived so I had to cancel my order. For product quality, I suggest looking at reviews on Trustpilot.com because they seem more real than the ones on the company's site.
