Long wait for order
I can't believe how terrible the service is from this online company. I placed an order over four months ago and still haven't gotten anything. When I contacted customer service, they just told me to check my info again and ask the post office. I did what they said, but still no package. I sent another email asking about tracking or getting another shipment, but now they won't even respond to me. It's really disappointing how they treat their customers, and I would warn others to think twice before using their site. It seems like if something goes wrong, they'll just take your money and ignore you.

Eh, as someone who values ethically sourced and handmade products, this place is hands-down my favourite spot to get gifts for myself and my loved ones. The selection of unique items they have is seriously impressive, and I really like how they make an effort to support artisans instead of taking advantage of them. The packaging might be a bit much, but hey, these handcrafted goods do travel a long way. What I really love about this platform is the personal touch they add to each purchase - the little note inside that shares the background of the artisan or the item, along with the handwritten thank you card, makes every buy feel special and meaningful, eh.
