My broken item
I got a damaged item and I've been trying to contact them several times by phone and email. I even sent pictures of the damage. But I haven't heard back from customer service at all. It's really frustrating and disappointing not to get any response about how they're going to fix this. I'm really hoping for a good solution, but I won't be buying from them again.
