I got my SpineAlign mattress and pillow recently and oh my goodness, they are seriously like sleeping on a cloud! I used to always wake up with a sore back, but now I feel so much better. I absolutely adore how comfy and supportive they are, it's like pure magic!

I had such a terrible time with this service. Right after I signed up, I saw that they were charging me for things that were supposed to be part of my package. It was so hard to reach customer service, and when I finally did, they really pushed me to schedule a voice call right away so they wouldn't cut off my service for fees I shouldn't have been charged. I'd recommend staying clear of this company.

My experience was so frustrating, eh. I ordered a part online, but the seller messed up and put the wrong name on it and forgot my box number. The package arrived fine, but nobody knew, all because of the mix-up with the name and missing box number. It was just a total disaster, eh.

My time at that store was brutal. The customer service was non-existent. I took back something and never got my money back. It's not cool for a business to treat people like that. I'm never going back and I'd tell others to avoid it too.
