New phone setup
Using Red Pocket has been a complete nightmare. Trying to set up a new phone and switching our service has been a disaster that's taken up so much time. The customer service is a joke - waiting on hold for hours only to get disconnected. And the website is always glitchy, making every task feel like a never-ending marathon.
Got good signal in my house
Oh my goodness, I'm so happy that I have good reception in my house now! Before I changed providers, it was terrible with the old company. But now, I can actually use my phone inside without it dropping calls. And I'm so looking forward to how well it'll work in the countryside as well!
