eSIM activation
Ronald (Employee ID - 1498) was fantastic! He solved my eSIM download problem quickly and efficiently, something none of the other reps could do. I had been waiting on hold for a while listening to music before I finally got through to Ronald. He was so friendly and really knew how to help. Massive shoutout to Ronald for doing such a great job!
Switched to RP from major carrier
I was really hesitant to switch from my old phone company to RP, but I'm really glad I did! Everything has been fantastic since I made the change. The customer service was amazing and the service around town has been excellent. I haven't gone on any big trips yet, so I can't comment on that, but for now, I'm absolutely loving it.
Bought phone plan
The customer service live chat team is amazing! It might take a little while to get connected, but once you do they are there with you until your issue is resolved. Big shoutout to Jennie from customer service, she's fantastic!
An amazing phone plan for calling overseas
Man, I had no clue about this company until I came across them and saw their international calling plan. Let me tell you, it's amazing! I can talk to my friends and family in other countries without stressing about extra fees. The company is awesome, their service is fantastic, and the call quality is crystal clear.
