I just got some skis and boots at the store in Utah on January 5th. But after they mounted the skis, they didn't send them to me like they said they would. I had to call on January 28th to find out the skis were just hanging around there. They said they'd do free expedited shipping, but it took way longer than the 7 days they promised. I'm not happy with this kind of service, especially since I spent a lot on these skis.

I recently bought a pair of shoes from this company because they were having a special deal on their website. I've been buying stuff from them for a while and usually liked what I got. But this time, I was pretty bummed out. The color of the shoes I got was way off from what I saw online, and it didn't match anything I own. I tried to ask for an exchange, but all they offered was a different size in the same wrong color, which didn't help me at all. It's pretty disappointing that they didn't own up to their mistake, especially when the color difference was obvious on different screens. I wouldn't recommend giving them your business after this sketchy move.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to the customer service rep who helped me out today. I totally forgot to renew my phone plan, and they were able to fix it right away and get everything back to normal. The service was amazing, and I really appreciate their help.

My family and I recently flew with a certain airline from Johannesburg to Abu Dhabi and I have to say, the flight was pretty good overall, all thanks to the incredible service from the flight attendants. In particular, Ashleigh Marigano and Rim Zouaoui really went above and beyond to make sure everyone in our section was well looked after. Their hard work, dedication, and professionalism made the flight a fun and memorable experience for everyone. Even when dealing with difficult passengers, they stayed cool, respectful, and positive throughout the whole journey.

But I have to say, the service on the flight back from Abu Dhabi to Manchester was not as great. The level of service from the flight attendants was noticeably lacking compared to our previous flight, which was a bit of a letdown.
