Special promotion shoe purchase
I recently bought a pair of shoes from this company because they were having a special deal on their website. I've been buying stuff from them for a while and usually liked what I got. But this time, I was pretty bummed out. The color of the shoes I got was way off from what I saw online, and it didn't match anything I own. I tried to ask for an exchange, but all they offered was a different size in the same wrong color, which didn't help me at all. It's pretty disappointing that they didn't own up to their mistake, especially when the color difference was obvious on different screens. I wouldn't recommend giving them your business after this sketchy move.
Shoes ordered
I ordered these shoes, eh, but they ended up at the wrong address. I tried sending an email, eh, but haven't heard back yet. It's a bummer because those shoes are so nice, eh, and I still haven't received them.
Boots
Customer service seemed a bit off at the start, but when I emailed them about a return problem, they got back to me quickly. They fixed the issue and now I'm just waiting for my credit to go through. I'll update my review once the credit is sorted out. All in all, I'm happy with how they handled things, even though it was a bit shaky at first.
Unwanted shoes shipped despite cancellation
As a customer, I was actually pretty surprised by how quickly they replied to my email asking to cancel my order. But then, I ended up feeling let down when the shoes still showed up at my door. Even though they told me the cancelation went through, the shoes still came. So, I had to call my credit card company to argue the charge. On the upside, the company did say sorry for the mix-up in an email. But, the shoes don't even fit me, so I'll send them back.
Unboxing experience disappointment
I've been a loyal customer of this company for a while now, buying lots of shoes and handbags. I've always been impressed by the quality of their stuff and the awesome customer service. But, my recent experience with unboxing two purses left me feeling let down and not appreciated as a customer. These purses came in a plain brown shipping box with hardly any packaging - just a bit of tissue paper and a plastic bag. It was nothing like the fancy white boxes my other purchases came in, which really showed off the brand's attention to detail.
Leather bag purchase
I got this really cool leather bag from this awesome store. The zipper was a bit off, but no worries. They sent me a new one right away and said I could keep the old one while I waited. The new bag arrived in less than two days and was wrapped really nicely. They even included a label to return the old bag. They weren't in a hurry for me to send it back, just wanted to make sure I was happy. They have so many amazing things, like shoes and other fancy stuff. I'll definitely be shopping here forever!
