So yeah, I bought this thing online, right? And then when it arrived, it was completely wrong! It's like asking for a pepperoni pizza and getting cheese instead. And when I contacted customer service, they were just like, "oh it must have been damaged during shipping." No way, that's not how it works. And then they disappeared on me, no response at all. And when I requested a refund, still nothing! But they have time to send me junk emails about deals and PR videos. Like, seriously? 😂 So now I'm doing a credit card chargeback because they won't answer. It took them a whole week just to reply, and I had to bug them 4 times before they said anything. So yeah, overall, pretty terrible experience.

I bought some tickets and then they ended up getting cancelled, and I didn't even get my money back! It was such a terrible experience. I received a confirmation after purchasing the tickets, but then they were suddenly cancelled, and I was left with no tickets and no refund. I felt so let down and annoyed. I really hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Customer service seemed a bit off at the start, but when I emailed them about a return problem, they got back to me quickly. They fixed the issue and now I'm just waiting for my credit to go through. I'll update my review once the credit is sorted out. All in all, I'm happy with how they handled things, even though it was a bit shaky at first.

I bought five pairs of shoes and they are absolutely amazing! They fit perfectly, are super comfy, look cool, and they last a really long time. But the best thing is how friendly and helpful everyone is when I give them a call. I really hope they come out with some NBA or Marvel styles in the near future!
