Missing items in order
I had a pretty rough time with my order from the store recently. They charged me for two things that I never got, and when I tried to contact customer service, I didn't hear back from anyone. I sent a bunch of emails over a month with no luck, and even went to the store in person to ask about my order, but still no answer. I've been a customer for a long time, so it really sucks to feel ignored and let down like this.

Monthly subscription for one day
I can't really speak to the technical stuff since I only got a monthly subscription for one day and couldn't get it working, but I guess that's on me for not going through the instructions properly. However, I do have to mention that there are some shady things going on - they automatically enroll you into a monthly subscription when you make your first purchase. In the account settings, there's no option to cancel the subscription yourself, and your card details aren't even visible. I had to shoot them an email and only then did they cancel the subscription from their end. Normally, legit companies give you a heads up before charging your card, but here it seems like they set it up in a way that the user is likely to forget and not notice. It kinda feels like you're dealing with sketchy operators.
