I recently bought a VPN that said it would smoothly switch to another service, but now there's no service at all. I've tried a bunch of times to connect, but no luck. And there's no chat support page to turn to for help. Seems like the company went back on their word by shutting down early. They did admit the problem, but it's sad to see a service that used to be good go downhill.
