Recent clothing purchase
I bought some clothes from this store not too long ago, and I gotta say, I was really let down by the quality. After just one wash, the thing started falling apart, which is totally ridiculous considering how much I shelled out for it. And on top of that, when I tried to talk to customer service about it, they were no help at all and kind of brushed off my concerns. That's not the kind of treatment I'd expect from a company that's supposed to be trustworthy.
Two fleece robes with Sherpa cuffs and collars
I bought two fleece robes with Sherpa cuffs and collars about a year ago and honestly, I'm not impressed at all. The Sherpa material attracts so much lint and picks up leaves and stuff, it's almost like it's their job! Even though I wash them carefully in cool water, they still look awful. I usually just wear them at home or sometimes in the backyard, but they seem to get worse after every wash. Plus, the loop near the neckline for hanging broke on one of the robes right away. My $16.99 robe from Costco is actually better quality than these fancy robes. Even my 10-year-old robe from Land's End is in better shape. I'm really disappointed with these robes overall.
Pajama sets as loungewear
I just bought a bunch of 2-piece pajama sets for kicking back, chilling, and doing some errands. The material is nice and can easily be washed, but the buttons keep popping off and the drawstring tassels are falling apart. It seems like this company cares more about making a lot of pajamas instead of making them well. They have different lines of pajamas at different prices and quality levels, and the sizes are all over the place. The cheaper JOSIE line is especially disappointing. It's annoying that a company that makes their own pajamas can't seem to get it right. Keep it simple, focus on making quality stuff, and simplify your product lines.
Return received 5 weeks ago, no refund
I sent something back to Natori about five weeks ago and the tracking number shows they got it. But I still haven't gotten my money back. I contacted their customer service team two weeks ago, but I haven't heard back from them. Even after following up twice, they haven't helped me out. So, I had to go to my bank and file a purchase protection claim to get my refund on my credit card.
Chemise purchase
I just bought a chemise with a Natori label from a big store. But, man, the fabric was terrible - so cheap and staticky. And don't even get me started on the customer service! The retailer didn't help much, and when I tried reaching out to Natori, they didn't seem to care one bit. It's pretty disappointing, to be honest. Their products suck and they don't seem to give a damn about customers.
Great bra
I just bought a bra from your site and let me tell ya, it fits like a glove! It's always a struggle to find bras in my size and fave colour at regular stores, so I was pumped to find it on your site. But I gotta be honest, trying to navigate your site was a real headache. The layout is not easy to use at all, especially when it comes to picking colours and sizes. It took me way too long to find what I wanted, which was pretty irritating. Plus, the exchange policy wasn't clear, so it made me think twice about buying.
Three bras purchased
I recently bought three bras from this store and I have to say, I was really disappointed with the quality. The nude Cushioned Comfort Contour Underwire Bra, which was the right size, just didn't fit well and looked weird under my clothes. And then, both The Bliss Perfection Contour Underwire Bra and the Feathers Contour Plunge Bra had their underwires pop out after only a month of wearing them a few times and washing them. Honestly, I was shocked at how quickly they fell apart, especially considering how expensive they were. Compared to bras from a different popular brand, these ones just didn't cut it and left me feeling pretty let down. If you're looking for new lingerie, I'd recommend checking out other options instead.
Gown purchase
Oh man, what a disaster. I ordered this dressing gown and it seriously took ages to show up. And when it finally did, it was totally not what I was hoping for - the fabric and color were way off. So I sent it back right away and boom, hit with a $9 fee on top of it all. Such a total waste of my time and money, for sure not worth it.
Comfortable bras
At first, I was super pumped to buy this bra that all these articles were raving about for being so comfy. But man, was I let down. I put it on, and it felt all soft and cozy, but then suddenly I started feeling this scratchy feeling on my chest after a few minutes. Turns out, there was this rough edge on the strap that was bugging me. It was so irritating, but I couldn't even take it back because I had already cut off the tag in my rush to try it on.
Luxe shangri-la chemise - pink
I recently bought the luxe shangri-la chemise in pink from your store, and honestly, I was really let down by the quality. The fabric is soft, but way too thin and feels like it won't hold up for long. The straps seem flimsy and like they could break easily. I paid $130 for it, expecting better quality. In my view, it's worth more like $24 to $30, so it's way overpriced. I feel like I got ripped off and will be returning it for sure.
