Cable installation service
I just had a really bad time at that bike shop. The manager was super rude and disrespectful, accused me of lying, and then kicked me out. They made me pay over $300 for a cable installation that wasn't even done right. I had to go back 4 times and they just kept giving me excuses. Definitely stay away from that place!

I really like this app because it lets me learn German whenever I feel like it, even if I only have 10 minutes to spare. Since I'm retired and have a lifetime subscription, I can take my sweet time with it. It really gives me the feeling that I'm right in Germany whenever I'm using it!

Jewelry making supplies
The company's website looked reliable with a good rating, but my experience was bad. I ordered my jewelry supplies on November 28, and had to deal with big delays and bad communication from them. My package was stuck for over three weeks, and when I asked about it, they just blamed it on COVID. After waiting a whole month without news, they finally said on January 5 that my package was likely lost. This lack of honesty and responsibility is not okay, so I don't recommend buying from them.
