21st birthday present
I just bought a watch for a guy's 21st birthday from First Class Watches, and I gotta say, I'm super happy with the service. The order was done real quick, and the watch came exactly when I expected. I got a new bike last week and the back wheel thingy broke after only 3 rides around the block. I messaged them, and they took so long to reply and then just said they couldn't do anything about it. Ugh, so frustrating.

My recent purchase
So, I just bought some train tickets on this website, and let me tell you, I’m super disappointed with the service I got. I booked the tickets, got an email confirming everything, and was told I’d get the actual tickets soon. But, even after waiting for more than 24 hours, I still didn’t get them. I tried reaching out to customer service, but they were no help at all, and just brushed me off, saying it was too late to cancel and get a refund. It felt like they were stealing my money and leaving me high and dry without the tickets I already paid for. The whole thing was so frustrating and made me pretty mad.

Recent order
I gotta say, I ordered some shirts from this company not too long ago and man, was I let down by the whole thing. First off, the delivery took forever and when I tried emailing them for help, I didn't get any reply. I even tried looking up their address and found some sketchy stuff about whether it was real or not. Finally, after a bunch of calls and waiting, I got through on the phone. But by the time my shirts showed up, some of them were the wrong size, which just made me even more annoyed.
