Difficulty with cancellation process
These clowns made cancelling my account a total nightmare, eh. I wasted so much time trying to figure out how to do it online, only to realize it was impossible. I even tried emailing their deactivation address, but that was a bust as well. No response to my first email, and the second one bounced back with some crazy excuse about access being denied. It feels like they're deliberately avoiding dealing with disgruntled customers. I ended up having to cancel my credit card just to stop them from emptying my wallet, eh. Definitely steer clear of these scammers, bud.
