My recent stay at the hotel was a letdown, to be honest. I booked ahead of time, but when I got there, they said they were all booked up and didn't have anywhere else for me to stay. They didn't explain, say sorry, or offer anything for next time. It left me feeling pretty unhappy. Hotels need to be prepared for things like this so guests don't end up disappointed.

My interaction with customer service has been pretty good. The folks I've talked to know their stuff and are always ready to help out, giving me different options to consider. It's nice being able to use both the old and new systems since they each have their own perks that suit what I'm looking for. Large French armoire
As someone who's been a customer of this company for a while now, I've usually had good experiences with my purchases. But the other day, I had a problem with a big ol' French armoire I ordered for pick up and swap. Turns out, the thing got all banged up during delivery by JB Hunt, and now my replacement order is just sitting there in a pile. Even called customer service, but they told me there's no way they can speed up the shipping or fix the problem quick-like.
