    I really love this place! They have great sales and their customer service is amazing, both in-store and online. I've purchased bedding, fabrics, lamp shades, home goods, gardening supplies, and rugs, and I haven't had to return anything due to shipping issues or quality problems.

    White glove service purchase

    That was probably the absolute worst customer service experience I've ever had. I paid extra for that white glove service, thinking it would make the delivery super easy. But the delivery guy just left the product at the front door and wouldn't bring it up the small porch - there were only 4 steps and nothing blocking the way. He also wouldn't unpack it or take away the box and packaging. When I called customer service to complain, they were so rude, it was unbelievable. For the prices we pay, you'd think they'd be more professional and caring. This kind of stuff just shouldn't happen.

    Bedroom and bathroom materials

    I went to their store the other day to pick out some stuff for redoing my bedroom and bathroom. When I got there, a designer said hi to me, which was nice. But then, things went downhill fast when the manager came over looking all stern and didn't even say anything. It was so unwelcoming and made me wonder if I should even bother giving my business to a place that doesn't seem to care about their customers. Like, who wants to shop somewhere that makes you feel like you're not wanted?

    Recent furniture purchase

    I gotta say, the customer service I got when I bought my furniture recently was top-notch. The person I chatted with knew their stuff, acted all pro, and was super helpful. They answered all my questions, took care of my worries, and made sure I knew everything I needed to before I made my purchase. Their eye for detail and willingness to go the extra mile for customers really set them apart. I was blown away by how much they cared and how dedicated they were throughout the whole thing. All in all, I'm really happy with how it all went down and I'd definitely recommend their customer service to anyone.

    Large French armoire

    As someone who's been a customer of this company for a while now, I've usually had good experiences with my purchases. But the other day, I had a problem with a big ol' French armoire I ordered for pick up and swap. Turns out, the thing got all banged up during delivery by JB Hunt, and now my replacement order is just sitting there in a pile. Even called customer service, but they told me there's no way they can speed up the shipping or fix the problem quick-like.
