I just had the worst time dealing with customer service from this company. First they told me my order was cancelled, then they said it was sent to the wrong place because of some computer problem. And to top it off, I never got any updates about shipping, so everything was just a big mess. It was my first time ordering from them, and I can guarantee it'll be my last.

So I bought a pair of leggings from this company recently and, gotta say, I really like the leggings but man, the customer service was just the absolute worst. There's no 800 number to call for help, no chat option for quick questions, and the return policy is just such a pain to deal with. And to top it all off, they mixed up my order with someone else's so now I'm stuck with a product I didn't even order. It's so frustrating and unacceptable not to have a proper way to reach customer service to fix this mess. Even though I've bought a few pairs of leggings from them before, I won't be shopping there again because of their terrible customer support.

I've never had such terrible service before. I ordered something weeks ago and still haven't got it. I called many times but no one picked up. They only email me with excuses and no progress. I asked for a refund but that hasn't happened yet. It's frustrating when a company takes your money and doesn't deliver. I wouldn't recommend buying from them.
