Girlfriend Collective - Reviews and experiences

I bought some activewear from this company not too long ago, but I had to send it back because it didn't fit properly. The return process has been a total headache. It's been more than three weeks since they got my return, and even after trying to reach out multiple times, I still haven't heard anything about when I'll get my money back. Their customer service is terrible, to be honest. It's too bad because I really liked their stuff, but now the fact that they owe me $100 is making me think twice about shopping with them in the future.

Don't be fooled by what they say. They make it seem like returning things is easy, but don't trust them. The lack of communication and organization in the company is crazy. I didn't get any order confirmation, no packing slip, and got three different order numbers for one thing I bought. And to top it off, the return address they gave me was wrong. How am I supposed to get my money back when there's no return slip and all these different order numbers? It's a disaster just waiting to happen.
